My journey into administration

Hi, I’m Rachel, I’ve always been deeply committed to helping others and have spent the past decade supporting UK businesses with their administrative needs. Based in West Yorkshire, I work remotely and on a part-time basis.

After completing my apprenticeship, I worked my way up through different office roles, eventually becoming a PA working closely with directors at Hollis. After learning all I could, it was time to move on and now work as a service coordinator managing large property portfolios from start to finish. However, I found myself missing my PA role and helping others achieve their business goals.

After some soul searching, I decided to get creative and build my own company, Dove Digital, to combine my existing skillset and help businesses all over the UK with their admin needs. I buckled down, taught myself how to code, design and write effective content and brought the website to life.

Every business needs to offer something a little different to get ahead, so I decided to offer free services in digital marketing, proofreading and website design. After studying each area and becoming CIM qualified in digital marketing earlier this year, I am keen to apply my new found skills and knowledge to your business requirements.
