You agree that, under no circumstances, will you:

We are committed to providing high quality work through quality checks, however it is the client’s responsibility to perform a final proofread to ensure accuracy.
After signing up for our services, every effort is made to start your package as soon as possible. However, the start date is subject to availability and this will be agreed based on current workload and capacity.
The fees for our services are due at the end of each month. Any additional costs beyond the agreed package, such as postage, courier fees, or ad-hoc expenses, will be communicated to you and payment will be required upon occurrence. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and straightforward payment process.
1. Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your Order for Services within 14 days without providing any reason, unless otherwise specified. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the Order confirmation date or the start of the Services, whichever occurs first.
